The front panel is laser engraved with the Arris logo, modem model number, and status light labels (SB8200 only). The MAC address can also be marked on the front if requested. My logo will NOT be on the front.
Available with either front or front and rear coax F connectors.
Rear coax is the most common and is default if both is not specified.
On dual models, rear is connected by default. Switching to front will require opening the top cover and moving the cable.

If you are unsure of which options you need, the SB8200 only supports gigabit internet but the S34 supports 2.5 gigabit internet. For port locations, coax on the back and RJ-45 on the front are usual for most setups.
