Shipping policy
Some items have United States shipping costs built into the price and will show as free shipping. All other items and locations will have shipping calculated at checkout. Please contact us if you think shipping is calculated incorrectly – we can take a look and refund or adjust if needed. If you are ordering from a country not supported in the shipping system, let us know and we’ll get it corrected.
Orders will generally ship the one business day after they are received at the earliest unless there are custom or built to order items. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will generally ship one business day after they are received at the earliest unless there are custom or built to order items. The store will occasionally close and orders placed during that time will ship as soon as possible in the order received upon reopening.
Local pick up can be arranged on a limited basis – email before placing an order and selecting this option. Orders without prior contact will be cancelled. Orders not picked up at the scheduled time will be treated as a non-defective return specified in the return policy.
